Why WorkWise exists Export teams outgrow spreadsheets long before they realize the cost
About Platform
Scattered data destroys speed

When leads, contacts, documents, and tasks live in different tools, teams lose momentum and management loses visibility.

Execution needs structure

Enterprise growth requires permissions, ownership, standardization, and repeatable process control across the full export cycle.

Intelligence should create action

WorkWise turns market signals into reviewed business accounts, operational workflows, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Technology foundation Built for reliability, modular scale, and enterprise control
Architecture
Firebase-based cloud core

Hosting, authentication, Firestore, and server-side functions provide a clean base for secure multi-tenant operations.

One commercial operating system

WorkWise unifies export intelligence, CRM, workflow, billing context, and operational visibility so teams can execute from a single source of truth rather than a fragmented software stack.

  • Less tool switching across teams
  • Cleaner flow from opportunity to execution
  • Higher management visibility across the business

Designed for export complexity

Global sales and export operations demand more than generic CRM features. WorkWise is shaped around trade discovery, distributor targeting, documents, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Built around real export workflows
  • Better fit for multi-market commercial teams
  • Operational depth beyond basic SaaS tools

Control with flexibility

Enterprise growth needs both speed and governance. Modular permissions, tenant-aware design, and preset access logic support controlled scale without slowing the organization down.

  • Role-based access and permission structure
  • Multi-tenant-ready foundation
  • Scalable control model for larger teams

Built for expansion

As revenue teams grow, the platform can expand with them through connected modules, process rigor, and a stronger layer of commercial intelligence that supports better decisions at scale.

  • Supports operational maturity over time
  • Creates a stronger base for enterprise sales
  • Turns process quality into competitive advantage
Revenue Control CRM

From lead capture to commercial control.

WorkWise CRM is built for export teams that cannot afford scattered spreadsheets, delayed follow-ups, or invisible pipeline risk. It turns every account, contact, quote, and deal movement into one operational revenue layer your team can execute from with speed and precision.

Lead-to-account continuity

Move reviewed company opportunities into CRM without losing data, ownership, or context.

Account-level intelligence

See contact history, commercial movement, documents, priorities, and risk signals from one view.

Execution accountability

Assign owners, track next steps, and expose stalled deals before they become lost revenue.

Unified customer records

Replace fragmented notes and duplicated spreadsheets with structured company, contact, and deal records that stay clean across the entire commercial lifecycle.

  • Centralized customer and contact history
  • Single source of truth for every account
  • Faster onboarding for sales and operations teams

Pipeline built for export sales

Work with deal stages that reflect real export motions, from first signal to quotation, order, payment, and margin visibility.

  • Opportunity tracking with commercial context
  • Stage-based forecasting and follow-up control
  • Clear visibility into bottlenecks and drop-off risk

Actionable prioritization

Your team should know where to focus next. WorkWise highlights the highest-potential accounts, the most urgent follow-ups, and the deals most likely to slip.

  • Opportunity scoring and account qualification
  • Next-best-action mindset for faster execution
  • Stronger commercial focus with less manual review

CRM that feeds execution

This is not a static database. CRM data flows into document generation, workflow, billing context, and reporting so the commercial team and execution team stay aligned.

  • Connected with workflow and document layers
  • Cleaner handoff from sales to operations
  • Less friction between pipeline and fulfillment
Execution Workflow Engine

Operational flow without bottlenecks.

WorkWise Workflow is designed to remove the dead space between commercial decisions and operational execution. Documents, approvals, tasks, calendars, mailing actions, and follow-up flows are connected in one system so teams can move faster without losing governance.

Process speed
Accelerated
Standardized flows cut the manual back-and-forth that slows execution and causes avoidable delays.
Operational clarity
End-to-end
Teams see what has been created, approved, sent, scheduled, and completed from one operating layer.
Control model
Governed
Permissions, approvals, and audit-friendly execution help enterprise teams scale without chaos.
Workflow Orchestration Layer Commercial, operational, and administrative motion in one structured flow
Ops Automation
Document velocity

Generate and manage proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related outputs from connected data.

Task and timeline coordination

Keep projects, deadlines, reminders, and cross-team execution aligned without chasing status manually.

Customer communication readiness

Support customer communication workflows tied back to CRM records. Messages are user-controlled and sent through user-configured email providers, not as automatic campaigns from company research workspace.

Built for scale Enterprise-grade process consistency from one modular platform
Controlled Flow

One-click document operations

Generate critical commercial documents from live system data instead of rebuilding the same files over and over in disconnected templates.

  • Faster document preparation with less manual error
  • Stronger consistency across teams and transactions
  • Better readiness for fast-moving export operations

Structured approvals and ownership

Enterprise teams need more than task lists. They need visibility into who owns the next move, what is blocked, and what requires review.

  • Permission-aware operational execution
  • Cleaner handoffs between admin, sales, and ops
  • Reduced dependency on informal communication

Calendar, project, and task cohesion

Planning becomes execution when meetings, deadlines, task status, and delivery milestones are managed in the same environment as the underlying commercial process.

  • Integrated visibility into timelines and commitments
  • Fewer missed deadlines and forgotten actions
  • Higher confidence in execution predictability

Operational intelligence, not just automation

Workflow should not only speed up tasks. It should expose where the process is weakening, where action is overdue, and where teams need to intervene to protect revenue and service quality.

  • Cleaner operational monitoring across modules
  • Better management visibility into execution health
  • Enterprise-ready foundation for scaling process rigor

Simple Pricing. Real Export Power.

Availability can vary by plan.
Can modules share customer and product information?
Yes. WorkWiseInt is designed around connected records so authorized users can reuse relevant customer, contact and product information across commercial and operational workflows instead of rebuilding the same data manually.
Does WorkWiseInt support export documents?
Yes. Teams can prepare and manage documents such as proforma invoices, commercial invoices and packing lists using connected commercial information.
Can I track payments and profitability?
Yes. Payment tracking, costing and profitability capabilities help teams monitor commercial outcomes and make margin-aware decisions from structured business records.
Does WorkWiseInt include CRM and workflow management?
Yes. Export-focused CRM records, tasks, calendars, projects and follow-up workflows help teams coordinate customer activity and operational ownership in one platform.
Can permissions be controlled by user role?
The platform supports role-based access and modular permissions so workspace administrators can control access according to team responsibilities.

Plans & Billing

What is included in each WorkWiseInt plan?
Starter is intended for lean teams beginning to structure company research and CRM. Growth adds broader enrichment, CRM and workflow capacity. Pro supports higher-volume, cross-functional execution. Enterprise is tailored for larger organizations. The current plan cards on the Pricing page are the authoritative summary before checkout.
How do WorkWiseInt credits work?
Credits are usage units for eligible paid platform actions. The number of credits consumed depends on the feature used, and the applicable balance is shown inside the authenticated workspace.
Are credits renewed with each billing period?
Included credit allocation follows the active subscription terms shown during purchase and in the customer workspace. Confirm the applicable renewal and rollover conditions before checkout or with the WorkWiseInt team.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. Additional prepaid credit packs are displayed separately from subscriptions on the Pricing page. Purchasing a credit pack does not replace the active subscription plan.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing provides a shorter billing commitment. Annual billing is paid for a full year and the currently displayed annual prices include the equivalent of two months free compared with twelve monthly payments.
Can I change my plan later?
Plan changes depend on the active subscription, billing status and workspace requirements. Contact WorkWiseInt before changing plans when users, credits or module access may be affected.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is designed for organizations requiring larger-scale rollout, deeper permissions, dedicated support, custom integrations or tailored commercial architecture. Final scope is agreed during the sales process.
Is Enterprise pricing fixed?
No. Enterprise pricing is custom because scope, user structure, integrations and rollout requirements can differ between organizations. Contact Sales for a tailored proposal.
How many users can I add to each plan?
The current plan ranges are 1–5 users for Starter, 6–10 for Growth, 11–25 for Pro and 25+ for Enterprise. The Pricing page and checkout terms should be checked for the latest applicable limits.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
Applicable taxes are presented during checkout according to the transaction and billing information. Review the final checkout total before completing payment.
When is my workspace activated?
Digital access is provided after the required payment confirmation, account creation and workspace provisioning steps. Some reviewed or Enterprise accounts may require additional verification or manual activation.
Can I request a demo before subscribing?
Yes. Use the Contact page to request a product demo, discuss plan fit or review an Enterprise rollout before subscribing.
